Seared Ahi Tuna


Summer grilling just upgraded to ooooo la la! My Mister is the Celebrity Chef with this delicacy!

He says:

Source 1 and 1/2 lb sushi grade tuna from your most trusted seafood purveyor.

Take out of fridge, rub with soy and olive oil, set out 20 minutes.

Grill on high, 600° preheated outdoor grill, 3 minutes one side, get a nice grill mark, 1 minute on other side

Cut and serve.

My Mister: “It’s ALL about the grill marks!!”
